Yes. Eligible foreign visitors can claim a tax refund when leaving China. Bring your passport, keep the receipt, and leave the item unused. We give you the refund form at the store.
No. Drones are prohibited in Zhangjiajie scenic areas, including the national park and Tianmen Mountain. You can buy a DJI drone from us for other destinations, and we’ll teach you the safe, legal way to fly elsewhere.
Devices sold are global versions where available. Warranty terms differ by brand and region — we explain the coverage and how to service it after you return. Ask in store for your model.
Visa and Mastercard at the counter. We also take cash and Alipay/WeChat with a linked foreign card. No online payment.

We currently have two open stores: the DJI Store (Daqiao Road) for DJI cameras, action cams and the Vlog Travel Bundle, and the Phone Store (Jiefang Road) for iPhone, Huawei, Xiaomi, Honor, OPPO, vivo and more — all your travel tech in one place. Our Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi and Wulingyuan stores are opening soon; until then every brand above is available at the Phone Store. All stores offer tax refund, Visa/Mastercard and English help.
